If you look at the "qualifying" captions underneath..
They were vouching their words because they could not tell us why.
Because the "why" was happening after 6 month data and that is what we are Sat. IMO

At 31 weeks the difference between mono and A273+D was not stat sig. Missling may well have had indication that mono potentially gives better results beyond 31 weeks, but any such info is not public - yet!

Saturday we should know more.

Coming from small sample so not statistically validated. The poster also said:
"Statistical analysis of MMSE revealed no other grouping factors (sex,
ApoE4, age, donepezil, baseline value) influencing the analysis"
In a post yesterday I said I think the company was being cautious and conservative. Optically though it's strange. The message is like: "Sub group data shows no special impact... but here's some sub group charts that appear to show special impact."
