8K stated he gave himself 10,000 A Series shares back in September. The prior 8K mentioned the "share buyback" would also reduce or eliminate those Series A shares. You know what that means? Bill prints shares, puts them in his pocket, and the MRVB buyback purchases those shares. Where do the common shareholders come in? Well, based on the extensive track record of Bill and TPAC, they won't get nothing except more shares dumped into the OS like we've watched VNDM do since Summer.
