I am doing my best to provide fair, reasonable insight. They are REQUIRED to submit another 8-K IF they changed or amended anything.

The convertible notes are not authorized UNTIL the completion of the Merger via Super 8-K, and 2019 when the notes are due.

If Pixelmags is financially stable, we are fine. There is no dilution at this time.

I cannot convince you otherwise. This is your investment.
