Can you cut and paste that article? Not all have access to law 360. Although it appears from the summary that the article is in regards to the stay that "already" occurred for us vs an appeal.

Would be an interesting read nonetheless

The case is already stayed though. I don't see Casper who IMO has no interest in this case, unstaying the case until appeals are exhausted in order to conserve court resources.

Just my opinion.
