Not sure how one determines Caspar's interest in the case!

I am 100% certain that

A. No one can answer that other than Caspar

B. "Interest" in a case doesn't have bearing on the validity of arguments to proceed that will be put forth by WDDD counsel if they choose that route

I get you're speculating but that whole comment other than the point on a stay already occurring is somewhat if not completely baseless

Executive Branch has deemed the patent claims Valid. An Appeal to CAFC is to un-validate property rights that are currently tested and "retested" valid. VirnetX (VHC) has 2 actions going now. A Federal Case determining award for Infringement that was heard last month and also a CAFC Appeal to rescind a PTAB order that "Un-validated " all their patents. Why would the Federal Court deny compensatory action for what is "Today" valid Property rights? They would not, case resumes IMO.
