Share structure doesn't change, so only Marco and I an smart enough to know why. Interesting.

My guess is that because Moran is deferring his $120K/year (as of 2013) salary while selling just enough Lean and Kush Cakes to cover the base expenses, there's no need to add new financing.

And they're probably paying him more preferred shares beyond the 50M he currently owns, each of which will eventually convert to 10 shares of the common. That would add 500M shares to the OS if converted today.
