Shawn, just leave please. You see gloom and doom everywhere for INNV and one only has to wonder why you are still posting on this board about a company you obviously don't like.
I am really a proponent of open discussion, but your negativity is getting out of hand. It's not healthy anymore. It's pages after pages full of the same repetitive, overly critical blah blah substantiated with what I would call superficial knowledge at best. You usually don't even take the time to read through the terms of arrangements you criticise. You just start talking out of your a** first. Pages after pages after pages....
No at least semi-professional investor would post that amount of criticism publicly about its investment as this is causing direct harm to one's own money.
That leads me to the conclusion that you really can't be an investor in INNV.
Also, you seem to be literally obsessed with dilution to a point where it is just outright ridiculous. This is an OTC pennystock and dilution due to equity financing and other things is everyday business. Nothing special about it at all. The amount of shares is still in a healthy range and will remain so even if millions of the newly authorized shares might be issued eventually.
