duke I don't believe your question is what you want an answer too. The SansII will probably get put to some productive use such that money will be made. I think you are asking about a commercial Strat which takes us into 2008 for money to be made. In the interim the government may wish a few. This could take place in 2007.

It has been stated that Sanswire II itself has uses, so in that respect you're talking a few months. If you are referring to Sanswire III, I think a realistic guess (assuming Sanswire II testing goes well) is mid to late 2007.

Of course, this is all IMO.
