It is ok to question his leadership position but that is your opinion. Results are what matters. If you see good things in the Financials then that is a positive. Let's allow him to do his job and see if he can meet the goals he established for himself. If you are an investor then it is to yours and our benefit to give him the opportunity to succeed or fail.
To call for his removal before giving him a chance to meet the goals is premature. Every quarter is better than the previous one in many ways. That shows progress which you seem to not want to give him credit for.
I am not pro Huff or anti Huff. I invested in the company and want it to succeed. I am giving him until the end of the year to meet the goals he established for himself. If continued progress is made I will reevaluate my position then.
