I agree iwasadiver, I was not surprised by the ownership details in the Phase V report because they were disclosed. The MFN situation was addressed, which is good. And the payments for services rendered being cashless had been to avoid having a cash issue, which of course can create more distress.
Shorts were disrupting a situation that effectively kept the company out of reach of a cheap takeover. And of course there is always the view that takeovers are always good. I don't subscribe to this view. But there is no doubt a large segment who make it their job to make these things happen.
Honestly, when shorts attack, I don't know why the market doesn't drive these stock prices up. It's a barely kept secret that they are looking to sweep these companies, their patents and technologies up for pennies on the dollar for purposes of pirate like profiteering.
