There is so much good DD here but Pixel has nothing to do with Shuttershock. Pixel Holdings, Inc. (Owned by SPCL) is a separate company than Oringers Pixel Holdings that is now inactive after it merged into Shuttershock.

Again, Shuttershock doesn't have anything to do with us. Absolutely no proof of the claims. Our Pixel Holdings was formed in 2015 after Vert Capital invested, which is after Oringers Pixel Holdings.

I applaud the enthusiasm, but we need to use FACTS when they are available. If you go back and read a recent post of mine labeled "Pixel Holdings & Vert Capital", you will understand Pixel Holdings, Inc.

Pixel Holdings, Inc. && VERT Capital


Pixel Holdings, Inc. was created on 2/13/2015. HOWEVER the real question is, do you know who created Pixel Holdings, and for what reason? Well, I do. Vert Capital purchased PixelMags and placed it under Pixel Holdings. I have provided a link && photo below that helps correlate the day Vert Capital invested in PixelMags && the day Pixel holdings was created. It cannot be a coincidence. Investors need to understand that Pixelmags was founded/created in 2009 && Pixel Holdings was created in 2015 by Vert Capital.

Below the photo I have provided of the day Vert Capital invested in PixelMags, I have provided a screen shot and link to Vert capitals Transaction criteria i.e. requirements to invest/deal with a company. Vert Capital has very strict parameters to the companies they associate with. In the photo below && on their website, you will see that their mininumum sales requiremnets are $10 Mil. So we can confirm, with no doubt, PixelMags has sales over $10 Mil. <--- All other revenue projections are pure speculation. I am $SPCL Strong baby!
