Another reason it could be taking so long is maybe because 2/3 AD is not the next trial they intend to start. They have said multiple times that an AD treatment is years away from coming to market even if everything goes our way. They may be more focused on getting a trial for Retts, or Infantile Spasms going. Especially the rare diseases because they would come to market extremely quickly (possibly just 1 year+) and generate huge cash flow and raise the stock pps.
