BUT the NOLs have ALWAYS been a DIVERSION as it has become apparent with time the company NEVER intended to grow business organically through "normal" M&A.... as we ALL WAIT for a certain event to occur. imo

I disagree. It just means, in my opinion, that the NOL's will be used to offset income over a longer period of time.

Exactly, they could have utilized the NOLS when it was worth more, thanks to Hosen's incompetence no MA and the NOLS are no longer worth it. imo!
