For 20 years I was a leader/manager as a military officer. I gave people time to prove themselves. I also believe in redemption with people when they mess up. I am more than willing to let the new SFOR marketing/sales hires prove themselves over a reasonable amount of time. In big business that is a full quarter. Until then, the jury is still out on them and their usefulness to the company IMHO. You, as a small businessman work on a narrower margin and by necessity, timeframe. So, I completely understand your perspective.
