Not if there is water in the zone instead of oil. The formation is lower, or downdip, and appears in the water part of the zone. Oil migrates up, it is lighter than water.
You can say technology all that you want, but if there is water in the oil can, it isnt good.
My prediction is that the well will never payout and will be non commercial. Mark this post
