Couple obvious things. First this well was drilled over 50 years ago. Second it was obvious right away that would be a dry hole due to its quick P&A
Technology has changed just a little bit in 50 years, bud. They wouldn't drill unless sonar and other advanced technology showed there was a pay day. They now also test the area before drilling. This is all very standard stuff.
Also, IF the current whole was a dry hole it would have been P&A right away. Notice This has not happened.
One of the situations like where CGRA was never supposed to get approval to have MJ growing on its property, then NEVER actually have MJ grow on its property, and NEVER would they get revenues from MJ being grown on its property.
Now they will never hit oil with one of their new wells.
Getting harder and harder to doubt things they are doing when they literally keep knocking it out of the park.
