UAMM ONLY HAS A VIRTUAL OFFICE, I LIVE IN NORTHER CALI AND HAVE AN ACTUAL CANNABIS BUSINESS HERE, I'M ONE PERSON AND AM 100x MORE PREPARED TO TAKE CONTROL of the coming legalization than UAMM could.

Think though with the shares they could see as a company, they could start something. But most companies don't know how to follow real money in the real world.

I'D BE VERY VERY SURPRISED IF THE COMPANY Will BECOME CURRENT. I FEEL IT'S HIGHLY YNLIKELY! ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY MISSED THE DATES FOR THE WEBSITES.......

THINK ON HOW MUCH EASIER IT IS TO GET A LIL WEBSITE UP, IT'LL TAKE 20TIMES THE WORK TO GET THE COMPANY CURRENT, AND WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD MISSING DATES, I'D EXPECT THEM TO CONTINUE DOING SO.

What can You Achieve with A VIRTUAL OFFICE?

Population doesn't matter without a home base, and even then it's all in relative perspective, as cali has a big population, but they also have 1000z more people hopping on the mj bandwagon than other states.

When comparing people in the sector within the state, people focusing in California won't be much ahead than any other state.

Look at Colorado Washington and oregon to compare, I have and I've realized what the numbers tell me!

And A Heads Up On Legalization, just because we passed our measure, do not mean recreational sales will even start soon, they are about a year out still. And above and beyond that, most dispensaries will get a head start on physical sales.......considering both those FACTs, how will UAMM capture any of the California market? I don't think UAMM will be able to!
