If you want an example of unmanageable toxic debt there are plenty of them on the OTC. Colorado Goldfields for example ran up to 10 billion shares and did a reverse split and started over.

Yes, to me it's impressive that with all the toxics that this company had, Bradley was able to keep the OS at only 500 million. Even if it goes a couple hundred million higher before revenue starts flowing the company will still be in good shape going forward. The progress, in my view, verifies that this is not a scam.
