I based my opinion on what happened in my other RM that they fubar'd---It is my opinion that these financials don't have far to go ---now.

but the financials will have to be done given to SEC or finra or whomever and approved

PRIOR to uplisting.

which is 30 days... so it has to be a least a "FEW" days previous to 30...

although i dunno exactly how long it takes for that to occur on the Regulatory side.
