One the one hand, scams don't usually file financials after being dark (but then, I think FINRA targets OTCs that are delinquent, so one can't run a scam if delisted), but on the other hand, EGOH's 'new direction' doesn't inspire confidence. It's pretty generic buzzword hype that is not compelling nor accurate (i.e., Open Source doesn't guarantee being hacker proof; and they haven't even said what Open Source code they are using).
