I think you're going to see a half dozen or more international trials of around 50 people - remember the trial is only supposed to be a few hundred total. There has to be one in the U.S. for FDA approval, one in Australia that they will fund, one in Japan as a separate Japanese study is needed for Japanese approval.
The countries most in need in Europe are Spain and Italy. They might fund a trial. Greece is also a possibility because it is the home of 2-73.
The UK government budget is directly impacted by Alzheimer's I can see them funding a trial in Canada and England.
I don't think it will be hard to get 6 or more countries to fund trials of about 50 people.
