Ohhhhh, I stand corrected 9.7 mil instead of 9. Now as far as the license agreement it was mentioned in the settlement but the amount was undisclosed, but if you look at the income in the following quarter you can tell that the license was not a monetary factor.

I'm sure you see it otherwise, but I look at actual numbers reported, not speculation by someone who knows a someone at the patent settlement headquarters, that told u something big or whatever.
