Not just to you ncar ... It is complete lack of ! Why would any plaintiff take this route? Seriously lol make it easier on court? Lmao get real .. Only reasonable gain would be if one is buying out and they will discuss all payouts accordingly .. If the plaintiff was sure of victory they would take each individual for all they can in a manor prcise for each case not consolidated

Lawyers don't have free reign to do what they please as they work for SFOR. Obviously this was talked about with their client and it shows how confident they are in settlements. Just IMO
