If Ricosauve was right about this:

The conversions are from the Tangiers notes from April and May 2016.....they are for about 27k and 35 k I believe....the CEO had approached Tangiers about buying back the notes....but that didn't happen...then he basically stated that they can't convert until next year anyway, so don't worry about them....

He was wrong, it appears....they mature a year from issue but like most dilutive loans, are convertible after 6 months into common shares......

Then that would be all the notes that we know about getting converted. It depends on what the actual rules are on them though

The OTC market itself is a scam. The majority of the stocks on here are pumped and then dumped or used for insiders that know how manipulate and gain from the stupidity of working class Americans that are trying to get rich kick.
