plenty of comps land here after being delisted from big boards, or bankruptcy filings...we almost never see the inverse...but there are some jewels (see RXM*) and some few stocks that come from sub pennies and form high bases (dimes to dollar) on the OTC...often subject to buyouts or mergers...don't see that happening with this business, but IF there will be no more toxic loans taken and it was just the CEOS 2016 stunt (didn't do it in 13/14 remember)then SVTE could go back to multiple pennies and stay fairly stable.
