Go back and read my post. Never once said the lawyer stated any deal was off. Gave my opinion based on the lawyers vague responses. Followed it with I will be reaching out to the owners of the shell and doing some other things. You forget that part. When I said my bit earlier, those who listened to it likely going to reek havoc on the pps, got out and are looking for that re-entry. Did I not post that? Of course I did. You have to know how to play these, and do your own DD. Ive bought some 42s and 45s, and know why...
I also shared that everyone needs to do what they are comfortable with. Nothing in my post was doom and gloom but what we did. Its not up to me to decide who takes what for what. Just like Im not caring who dont take advantage here at these prices. Just our DD isnt a one time thing and is always going... And my call of out and back in 50% less is spot on..
And im on record saying get back in if out, when 42s could be had. Lets see how that does. Lets revisit later.
