Agree Pug. People read in to deep on simple matters. It took mlllions and many lawyers to convict Martha Stewart on inside info. And she had a financial gain in the deal. Nothing was said that isn't in the 8K.
Just because people don't believe in the 8k, and some guy say's it's not today, yet makes it sound like it's coming. Is not guilty of anything. I look at the cal as being all positive. Some did not I gather, hence the sell off.
