Budgets are making for 2017 , I read yesterday that South Korea , Japan and China are looking to buy oil in the future off Non Opec members . So why not from Gulfslope ? I said last Year that 2017 should be it for Gulfslope . I capital injection to start execute there presentation should be a good start for all off us .
