it would be insider trading to say its still progressing however.

because an 8k is NOT required for a fall through By spcl..
but an 8k IS required for a closing by spcl into pixel

if the STOP is for NON disclosure... they are already not disclosing..

but...

Maybe you should read this. Not saying there's fraud involved with SPCL. But something happened. JMO
