but most of their employees are going to be techie type.

IMO if I were someone that turned legitimate type into OCR with protections and visuals....

I do not think I would personally tell everyone where i worked previous to a merger..

I might want to buy shares in my own company previous to the stop for example.

but If you had an employee list... would that change your opinion?
