Looks like he picked up 600,000 shares over the past few days. Let's hope he doesn't short the stock again like he did last time...

If he shorts it, with Lugee owning 400 mill shs, two things would happen; Chung would be gone so fast, he'd forget his coat, and he would qualify to sing soprano as Lugee cuts him where it matters with a dusty in inventory Miltner Adams LQMT "knife."

Chung's cost basis on those 600,000 shares is .174. And he spent $102,000 on the purchase. That says a TON. In humble opinion, tons of volume is lining up along with a huge spike and that is welcomed.
