The bottom line is that the FDA is keeping this company from at least having a shot at being successful. The FDA approves otc drugs all the time that have a list of side affects a mile long. Can you name one side affect caused by actipatch. Can you name one reason why the FDA would keep this from the American people other than greed and possibly pharmaceutical interference. Pharmaceutical companies invested almost a billion dollars to keep marijuana a schedule one drug. I am guessing they have there greedy fingers involved in the FDA's decision making. No side affects. Still no OTC. Complete BS..
