I don't recall exact date but do remember receiving a call from the CEO at the time shares were being spilled into the market thanks to Duchess financing, PPS was diving. My position was pretty small relative to the other regulars posting on this board. That call, and a trip over to visit Virtra at I/ITSEC kept me positive on my investment when things looked bleak.
