Ruppert just keeps digging himself in deeper - with more fraudulent documents.

So, now there is a $25,000 Note to Kalisky that Pamela pays $30,000 to Kalisky for the Note. LMFAO!!!

Why is Ruppert filing a lawsuit for a Note that Pamela is supposed to have purchased?

Why is the signatures for Pamela so different - has Ruppert been doctoring the documents?

Keep in mind that Pamela "paid" Kalisky $15,000 for a $50,000 on March 27, 2015 (but was dated 4/27/15 (by the signature) but on April 27, 2015 Pamela "paid" Kalisky $30,000 for a $25,000 note.

Where is the copy of the $30,000 check from pamela to Kalisky?

Ruppert needs to understand that any Note obtained via fraud is void and not executable.

In the latest fraudulent documents filed - let's see what Convertible Notes are listed:

1. $60,000 to Ruppert - but Paid to Calvin Ross

2. Oddly after the $60,000 Note - there is a Debt Purchase Agreement between Kalisky and Pamela Ruppert - but it is for the $50,000 Note that she is supposed to have paid $15,000.

3. $50,000 Note to Kalisky

4. $8,000 Note to Ruppert

5. $12,493.04 Note to Ruppert

6. $25,000 Note to Kalisky (which Pamela is supposed to have paid $30,000)

So, now the total Promissory Notes are: $155,493.04

So where is the Fake $30,000 Note listed on Page 63 - and here is the funny part - it says take over a $30,000 that is valued to be worth $90,000 to convert into shares.

Don't worry, I will go over ever word in the documents and show all of the fraud Ruppert is trying to do to NGCG shareholders.

This is going to be fun!
