See my post below. Chances of going private are next to none, IMO. There must be fewer than 500 investors for that to happen, or he would need to buy everyone out giving up a major stake in Eontec. It also requires SEC review.
He can do all that but would get a 3 fold result doing it the same way Jack Ma did. Only need to crumble the share price, the company is already crumbled, its just holding patents, has no customers or any news of contracts.
