#31240 RE: Hugodrax #31239

Sorry Hugo, you are wrong on your interpretation on assets.

The last public filing (which is way way way old) had assets at 16 Billion and Liabilities at 12 Billion (or something close to that).

We can ALL agree that the assets are not at $16 Billion any more. We can also ALL agree the liabilities are no where near the $12 Billion anymore as they have sold off projects that cleared those liabilities from the books.

What is left for debate is the remaining true value.

It is many people's OPINION that the "good will" on the books is no longer at that value. I would agree with that but I do NOT agree that it is worthless (zero) as some are publically stating on this board. IF SUNE was liquidating entirely, then unless they can sell the "good will", then this item would go to zero. On the other hand, if the company emerges and part of this good will value is determined off their relationship with their subs or something to that extent, then there is still value there.

The bottom line is that NO ONE knows at this point in time what the true Assets and/or Liabilities are because it has not been disclosed. Any claim to knowing this with certainty is either inside information or a blatant lie. You pick.
