Its not cheap if the cows won't eat it ... and that particular market space has been more than adequately filled by several competitors who have the equipment, experience, reputation, scientific know how, organization, capital and patents necessary for success.
That is why we have never seen a genuine report from IFUS. They are doing nothing and never have done anything.
