Good grief, first TPAC claims to be selling bearings to Boeing, that was a farce. Then multi-millions of dollars in contracts that have not transpired. Then hawking daytrading stock picks without a license. Not to forget the penny by year's end charade.

Now they're promoting a lock down of shares. Seriously, these are the same OTC games played by every OTC scam. The lockdown nonsense is manipulation.
