If you go by the Del filings the unrestricted OS has actually dropped. While cleaning the old debts up the restricted OS climbed by 50mil. While we were restricted from the TA info the share structure was kind of bouncing around but our combined OS has actually dropped from the peak by 50mil. (numbers are approx)

Hard to argue the Co. is a scam, when they're obviously not diluting.

Also, I think the recent, weekly updates of the SS by the T/A may, and I emphasis MAY, be a sign that WLAN might be ready to resume communications with the public, sometime soon - IMO, of course:)
