Nope- no rebirth scam for the dead ticker AEGY (scam from the start).
Pharmajanes was never owned by AEGY. The deal was made with I-Equity, but never completed, and then PJ reverted back to I-Equity.

The current SEC investigation may reveal more.

Pharmajanes is now defunct, too, just like AEGY.
