In this case it's Coast Guard blue. I was surprised to see they wear the same blue shirts, pants belts & buckles the Air Force does with different insignia. Doing so was a cost saving measure for this smaller service. Thanks for publishing Mark Kay's resume. I forgot he started at EDS. He must have been molded by the management style of Ross Perot when he was newly hired by EDS and just starting out. In my book that's a good thing, a very good thing! Ross got things done!
