As you know the NOL...Net Operating Loss, that can be carried forward to offset profit (for Tax purpose) is a very "A Good Thing"........

Donald Trump and IFUS can legally take advantage of the mess from years ago.


I believe the carry forward losses from when they purchased the shell from RRLB back in 2010 are very favorable. The losses incurred due to interference by former board members will guarantee less taxes too.
