LWLG management has not been actively promoting the stock for much of the past year. No presentations at investor conferences (Sidoti, Roth), no magazine articles promoting LWLG (CEO CFO magazine & Wallstreet Transcript), no radio spots, no shareholder update letters (last one was December 2, 2015).

I agree that we should see some appreciation of the SP without leaks. At least just from retail investors anticipating significant positive news around a prototype.

Based on your experience, have you noticed this dead silence on the eve of a development company having such an important breakthrough?

I remember watching PLUG from the sidelines at the end of 2013 shoot up with no build up from investors, but plenty of indications from the company. The company kept saying they had a breakthrough technology over and over but the share price never moved. Then one day everyone woke up to a signed contract with Walmart and the stock went up over 10x in the following 4 months.
