Absorbing shares. I'm lucky I don't need to average down but would assume there are many bag holders out there. There are whales that moved in a month ago and started absorbing shares between .0002 -.0005 as well.
We are very confident this will test .001 in the near future.
It was a tongue-in-cheek comment. Most "averaging down" strategies in pennyworld look like this...
I found the question amusing since volume is actually way off from what it has been....so they are likely taking a break from diluting...yet the pps is only going sideways.
A stock with an OS over 10 Billion is not going anywhere...quick....especially given the fact that there is every indication that the dilution will continue until the stock is no bid or they do an RS.
