If that's the case, then a lot of investors (who are eatting up these shares) must believe that eventually something will bump this up. If there was no faith from the investors in that, then they'd be cutting their losses not averaging down. Averaging down only makes sense if you feel it will eventually make a move ahead at some point. I'm holding long so hope those Avg down are right. I think if the Divy gets done, and another major news alert hits, this stock could be launching upwards quick. With the # of AS and the volume the way it's been, if good things happen there will be enough holding that this stock wont have no where to go but up.
