Excellent finding. From what I've gathered, they aim to make good of XCLK after many labeled as a scam and it's gone to no bid. Think things didn't work how they planned but they're taking a long approach and getting it right. Others are waiting for filings to show legit and back on track but after 2017 business may get going and pps moving. Now isn't the time for the faint of heart but imo now is like Feb 2015. Lotto that I think can to better than them truthfully. GL to us!
