The SEC doesn't tell companies about the charges until they formally charge the actors that were involved in the securities fraud that got AEGY and SKTO suspended.

The SEC did notify AEGY that they are under formal widened SEC investigation, though.
Right after that AEGY went into hiding and let Florida dissolve the AEGY corporation
