Not to be picky --- looks like good news for Max Sound today. But what is 'Vedanti video'? An actual piece of software you can download with MaxD?

Interested to know too how co-ownership is structured exactly. Vedanti Licensing and Max Sound have now taken an assignment of the patent jointly? Or VLL owns the patent but is co-owned? Unclear in either circumstance why Max Sound needs to be a party.
