You raise an interesting point. The appeal concerns the issue of standing of Max Sound based on facts as they previously were. The issue would appear to be moot, as it no longer matters whether the defunct agreement between Max Sound and Vedanti Systems was sufficient for standing.
Still the matter of costs though I suppose. I can't see Goog being forgiving about those.
