Yeah that Reuters article is actually 'old" and I remember reading (or listening to) a CC of some sort back in September where there was mention of the hiring of a firm to help with the decision-making process regarding possible suitors. At that time, there was no mention of the "name" of the firm hired and it was said in an off-handed sort of fashion. In any event, they have cash til the EOM (December) so this goes north quickly with an announcment of a deal, or, south quickly with another registration.
